    It can feel overwhelming if you’re trying to lose weight, maintain it and get fit

    Here’s the truth
    Both keto and intermittent fasting will work if they create a deficit but it’s not needed.
    Infact some research shows keto can aggravate thyroid in women and IF May cause hormonal issues in women.

    The good news … you don’t need to do it
    I’ve never done it or made anyone do it unless medically needed

    Meal replacements – they are expensive
    One shake is about 170 calories and they get you to replace a a 500 or 700 calorie meal immediately causing a deficit

    Eating “diet” food like boiled food
    Only salads or just giving up you’re regular everyday food – mostly causes a deficit by reducing quantity and calories

    None of these are sustainable because the moment you go back to your old life …. You gain the weight back

    There are 2 choices … learn to eat based on your lifestyle or be stuck on the diet roller coaster for life

    Myth : a good plan will not cause hair loss or loss of skin glow

    While most diets or plans will just cut calories
    If done right with a focus on micro nutrients
    Vitamins, minerals and the essentials for the body to thrive – you won’t lose hair you’ll promote hair growth and better skin

    My tip : understand there isn’t a shortcut
    It will need lifestyle modifications
    Don’t just start eating less and doing random workouts – especially in women this causes hormonal imbalance

    To start : just start tracking your steps and try to increase it to 10000 per day … seriously this is the simplest thing with the largest impact and it’s free
